How do I get a tracking number?

A tracking number will be visible on our website the day after your order has shipped. There is also a tracking number on the invoice.

 

How do I get an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number?

Contact your Customer Service Representative (CSR) and fill in the RMA form.

 

How do I place an order?

You may only place an order on our website. Begin by searching for an item using our search console on the top of the website. From there, find the part you are looking for and add the quantity you would like to your shopping cart. Go through the checkout process and submit your order. An order confirmation will be sent to your email. If you have questions, please contact your CSR.

 

How do I search for a part?

Use the search console on the top of the website to search by: full or partial part number. You can also upload a spreadsheet of several part numbers via the BOM upload option on the top of the website.

 

Is there a line item charge?

Waldom Electronics EMEA has a line item minimum charge of 25 euro (€ 25.00).

 

There is no pricing on the product page – what do I do?

If you are already a customer make sure you are signed in to your account to view pricing. If pricing is still not available submit a price request form. You will be e-mailed with pricing within 24 hours and you will be able to place your order then. If you are not already a registered customer, click on “Not Registered?” and fill in the Distributor Registration form. You will be contacted by a CSR within 24 hours.

 

Will I receive an e-mail confirmation after placing an order?

Yes, moments after placing an order you will receive an e-mail with the details of the order confirming that it has been received.

 

Can I place an order for a quantity greater than you have in-stock?

Yes, you are allowed to place an order for a greater quantity than we have in stock. You may also backorder items that we have no inventory on.

 

How do I pay for my order?

Our customers are set up with terms or with PayPal Express. Please contact your CSR if you have any questions.

 

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We only charge sales to tax to orders shipping within Germany.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary and can either be added to your invoice or you can ship on your own account with a carrier of your choice. If you chose to add freight charges to your invoice, we will ship your order with DHL. For freight charges, please see Shipping: Rates and Options.

 

When will my order ship?

If the parts are in stock your order will ship ASAP. If there is a backorder please follow the advertised lead-times.

 

What is the cut-off time for same day shipments?

All orders for in-stock product placed before 12.00 CET will ship the same day.
