Sandy is a highly accomplished professional and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and seasoned leader. With a wealth of experience spanning various domains, Sandy has demonstrated exceptional leadership in Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain Management. Jelger embarked on his journey as an intern and steadily ascended the ranks. As the VP of the Data and Digital Team at Waldom, Jelger played a pivotal role in establishing the department from the ground up. Jelger's commitment to personal and professional growth is evident in his recent achievement of completing an MBA.

With an impressive track record spanning over two decades in the finance industry, Keri brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization. Her extensive background includes a remarkable seven years serving as CFO in her previous roles, showcasing her exceptional leadership and financial acumen. As Director of Global Finance, Keri will play a pivotal role in steering Waldom Electronics towards financial excellence and global success.

With a remarkable tenure of 25 years, Karen stands as one of Waldom's longest-serving employees, witnessing and contributing to the company's growth and success over the years. Throughout her extensive career, Karen has played a vital role in shaping Waldom's procurement strategies and establishing strong relationships with suppliers globally.

Andjela has a decade of experience at Waldom EMEA, and has been supporting its growth since it’s inception. Her journey has been marked by a significant contribution to the establishment of the marketing department in EMEA. Currently, she is actively engaged in a global expansion initiative, extending the reach and impact of the organization's marketing efforts worldwide. Andjela is pursuing an MBA, further enriching her skill set and strategic acumen.

With a wealth of knowledge under his belt, Rick has taken on a pivotal role, leveraging his expertise to nurture and expand relationships with distributor partners in the USA.

Chris has had a dynamic career in the industry, marked by a progression through various leadership roles in Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality, each contributing to the breadth and depth of his expertise. In his current role, Chris serves as a central figure at the forefront of our supplier relationships in the USA. With a strategic mindset and a keen focus on growth, he is dedicated to expanding and nurturing our connections with key suppliers.

Brad joins Waldom with an impressive history of success over 30+ years in our industry at Heilind Electronics, serving in various roles within Sales and Supplier Relationship Development. In his role, Brad is leveraging his supplier relationships with some of our most key relationships including Molex, to enhance our partnership, identify new opportunities to drive channel efficiency, and deliver sales growth for both companies.

Paul brings 15 years of invaluable experience as a Logistics Manager at Arrow Electronics, where he honed his skills in streamlining operations and optimizing supply chains. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Waldom, Paul seamlessly translates his expertise into driving efficiency and excellence in our operational strategies.

Dave is a dedicated leader with over 25 years of global logistics and transportation experience. He has been instrumental in building a global logistics strategy that includes a more robust trade compliance program and brings a continuous improvement mindset to Waldom. Dave has built a dynamic global logistics team and introduced new programs and practices that drive process and delivery improvements.

As the Director of Quality Assurance, Dan plays a pivotal role in safeguarding Waldom's reputation for excellence. Billy boasts an extensive track record in sales, having accumulated substantial experience across diverse distributors, such as Future and Rebound. With a focus on the East China, Middle China, North China, and Japan regions, Simon plays a pivotal role in driving sales and establishing strong partnerships with suppliers.

Alain brings extensive experience from his tenure in account management at Farnell and RS. Serving as a strategic leader in Singapore and regional markets across the APAC Region (excluding Greater China), Alain is tasked with overseeing and nurturing relationships with Authorized Distributors within the channel distribution landscape.

Hengyan, is a seasoned international Sales professional with over a decade of experience in B2B markets. Her journey in Sales has not only polished her skills but also given her a solid grasp of distribution channel management and strategic planning. Joining Waldom EMEA in 2020, Hengyan initially managed strategic suppliers, and in May 2021, she took on a new challenge as the SM&E Lead, creating and expanding the Slow Moving & Excess team.

Over the years, he transitioned into a leadership role and currently serves as the Head of the Supplier Team.
